“I come from Chi-Town lost and found in the struggle…”

In these streets, I search for some Common ground between the NYC and Chicago, as we venture around the shadows of towering giants in the glorious birthplace of skyscrapers.

I’m finally here and like Babyface, it’s been a long, long time coming. I often imagined that I would liken the Windy City to the Big Apple, but they’re both entirely different animals. NYC definitely maintains the same vibes as San Francisco, and vice-versa, with their narrow grids and massive pedestrian floods, but Chicago is just different…good different. And it’s as beautiful as I imagined it to be. If its winter wasn’t this extreme, and an ocean was easily accessible, with a more varied geography, then I would definitely live here.
